How long to keep poults in the brooder?

I am pretty new to raising turkeys. I have 4 poults that are a month old. I have read a ton of different opinions some say 6-8 weeks some say 12-16 weeks! Right now they are in the brooder with chicks that are the same age. I have 3 blue slates (who I think are a bit older actually) and 1 bourbon red (Did have 2 bourbons but 1 died).

When they get out of the brooder they will go into a junior pen/shelter.

I only keep poults in a brooder for a maximum of two weeks. But... mine go from the brooder into a grow out pen that is enclosed and inside a building and get supplemental heat if they still need it. Usually by the time they are 4 to 6 weeks old they are fully feathered and acclimated to the ambient temperature and get released into the general population if I still have any left that haven't sold or are being grown out for later selection as part of my breeding flock.
