how long to leave eggs in nest ...

I am going away for the weekend.Leaving Friday afternoon and coming home on Sunday in the evening.

My girls will probably lay 8 to 9 eggs over the weekend and I don't have anyone to get them.

Will they be okay in the boxes until Sunday or do I have to get rid of them?

That does seem like a long time for them to be outside. Do your girls have a roo? Also, how warm is it where you are?

there is no rooster and it has been in the low 90"s the past couple days. Haven't checked the forecast for this weekend.
