How long to wait for egg to hatch

I incubated eggs and 3 have now hatched and tomorrow will be day 3 of them being hatched in the incubator but I still have one that has not piped at all can I remove them and should i candle the last one again to see if it is still alive and give it a few more days?

Yes, you can remove them as long as they are dry, have a mist bottle ready to bring humidity back up. You can candle the last egg. It can take up to 25 days to hatch. Good luck. Keep us updated. And we love pics of babies
