How long until hen brings poults "out"?

How long until a turkey hen typically brings her poults out of the nest to walk around?

I have a turkey hen who made her nest on top of the goose pen on some stored feed bags. The problem is the top if the goose pen is a chain link kennel panel! She has hatched the first four poults, but there are still seven eggs left to hatch. I have tried to block her off and covered her blocked off area with feed bags so a stray poult will not fall through.

I can make her a safer home, but I hate to disturb her as she is hatching the rest of the poults. Do you think I will be safe waiting a day or two before moving her?

How did your set up work for her? Where you able to safely move them after hatching?

She is a perfect mom. I kept checking on her then, when I saw one of the poults walking around, I moved her, her 5 poults and all the unhatched eggs to a safe pen. She hatched one more poult. She is not really happy with her new pen, she liked the seclusion of her first nest, but she is quiet and the poults are safe.
