How long untill the chick gets out??

My little chick has been pipping since yesterday and had not made much progress...
there is a little hole in the egg and just this morning 730 am sat i heard it peep peep peep'is the chick okay and will it be able to get out?

Probably. Some will take a couple days to work their way out. I'm not a big fan of "helping" chicks out. I prefer the vigorous ones make it out. This is an aspect of selection, as difficult as it may seem, but vital to producing only vigorous, healthy birds. We'd like to think of every egg producing a chick, but it doesn't happen quite that way. Give that chick some time.

it has an external pip but its not chirping anymore? and hasnt pipped anymore???

I think it died there is like greenish liquid comming out of where the chick piped the hole this picture is upside down if any one has any suggestions please help this chick hasnt piped since yesterday or moved

can you see its beak in that hole? Its pipped the wrong end, where is the air cell on this egg? if its not moving it must have ruptured the yolk and died or greenish stuff could be first poo,, you didnt make that hole right? it pipped there with its beak>?

What is the humidity in your incubator?
Make sure that is good even a little too high is better than too low

thats where it pipped and i heared it cheep yesterday a couple times then nothing after that I didnt make the hole
