How long will Isa Browns lay eggs for

HI,

Im getting some isa brown hens and i know that they lay alot of eggs but im wondering when the egg numbers will start declining? Also is there any way to keep hens laying alot of eggs for over a few years.
Im also wondering do Isa Browns catch diseases and die easily
