How long will it take for Roo's tailfeathers to grow back?

Ok...I think I have the plucking of my Roos' tail feathers under control & stopped. So, if I do have this bad behavior from the culprits taken care of, how long should I expect their tail feathers to be bare?

It will take quite a while, here in Fl not quite till next moult to see pin feathers, often many months.
