How long will they have Baboon Butt?

I had two Ms Hannable Lecters months ago (they were rehomed). My birds are absolutely pathetic!! Several hens have NO feathers on they're back-sides. It seems that every time a new feather starts someone pecks at it!! When will they be beautiful again????

If the others are still picking, you may want to try putting some blue kote on them.........or even getting them saddle to cover the bald area temporarily. I recently bought a hen who had her butt feathers all pulled out. I had her quarantined for a few weeks and by the time she was let out with the big flock, she had gotten past the pinfeathers to where they were "sprouting" already and nobody ever even pecked at her.

I tried saddles, free ranging and everything I could think of. I ended up getting rid of the hens with the most bare backs. That was a year ago and I haven't had a problem since. I think the ones that were bare were all picking off eachother.
