How long would you wait for a reship?/from martis

I ordered from Martis. I lost all the birds, don't know if it was the P.O or the stock but I lost all of them.

They said they were going to reship I have not heard anything, emailed them today too, and nothing.

What would you do? 1 wait just in case the birds are just not ready yet or 2 demand your money back?

Thanks guys I never ordered through the mail before so this is new to me.

they have not answered my emails after they said they would reship the birds what step should I take? should I try emailing them back? Or try to call. I have never ordered from these hatcheries so I dunno what you guys do. Any advice would be great, I don't want to overreact if what he is doing is the norm.

First off I would be patient. I am not sure how many people Marti's has working for them but you only emailed them last night...and you posted the third time around noon today. That only gives them a few hours that they are open to respond. I would give them until Monday...if you dont hear from them by then I would give them a call.
