Do I wait after a pullet has started laying, before I can incubate or sale the eggs for hatching?

ya. wait until the hen has had some time to start laying when she first starts i would say. But you shouldn't have to wait very long.

If she is laying real small eggs, wait till the eggs are close to standard size for her breed and they should be fine.
