How many birds can I hold?

I built a pen 30x30 with 4" fence and built a house 12x6 I want to keep a few chickens guineas and ducks how many will that hold comfortably note I'm sure they will jump fence and roam yard and return at night I live out in country have a 1 acre pond and I own 3 acres and surrounded by rice fields so plenty of room if it wouldnt be for my dogs that I let out once a day or The coyotes I wouldn't have built a fence

18 or 20 chickens should be quite comfortable. I imagine guineas use about the same but I don't know a thing about ducks.

There isn't a standard answer, though. For example, if you live where they will stay indoors for days on end because of heavy snowfall and no relatively snow free outdoor space, they will need a lot more indoor room. If you live in a hot climate they don't even need an enclosed building except to keep predators out; a 3 sided structure to keep them and their food, etc. dry is enough.
