How many chicken eggs can be in a Hovabator 1602 (forced air) when hatching?

I have 25 eggs on day 14 and my supervisor told me that I need another incubator to split the eggs up when hatching because I won't be able to maintain a steady/controllable humidity ?
Have anyone ever had a problem with hatching 25 chicken eggs in a Hovabator 1602? Do I really need another incubator (I wouldn't have to buy one, there are extras at the 4-H office)?

You need to retrain your Supervisor. He knows nothing about hatching eggs. You should be able to hatch 40 to 50 in that incubator. I have.
