How many chickens in a 10 x 12?

We are having a woodin storage building delivered next week, which will be our coop. Just wondering how many chickens (standard and some bantams) could we fir in something that size? I am wanting 25 to 35.

Going by the basic rule of thumb...4 square feet per bird for indoor space...30 standard sized birds.

Dawn419 is right, but you can tweak that number a little bit. A few more will be OK if you intend to free range them during the day or if they're bantams, a few less if they don't have much room outside.
