You know how it is when you look at something too long, you end up second guessing yourself -- and what you've been told ( of course in dealing with chicks, it's sometimes very good that you do!
)
Well, that brings me to my 7 cochin bantams. Four were bought unsexed -- and I am sure of one little cockerel here-- and three more which they identified as female.
2 black mottled are a week older which puts them 9 weeks, almost 10, and the rest are 8 weeks, going on 9.
I am hopeful I just have the one little guy and look forward to what anyone else sees as I am driving myself crazy (short trip) imagining I have an entire flock of little cockerels
