How many days before rooster has to mate with hen?

My hens are laying eggs without mating with a rooster.
I have a rooster and two hens. Hens are always fighting with the rooster and in the end rooster runs away.

They started to lay eggs and now they are not fighting with the rooster anymore. Now rooster started to mate with those hens.
Can i hatch the eggs?

If they are fertile you can. Crack a couple open to check for fertility. If they have the bullseye blastoderm, then you are getting fertilized eggs and you can incubate them. (Not the ones you crack open, but the others.
