how many eggs should i get from 13 females daily?

I think most of the time pharaohs lay the best. I've had horrible luck with the fancy colors but I remind myself when your breeding for color and not production something has to give. Italians lay well so don't give up on them. Good laying is genetic so if your raising for production, find lines that do it well.

yeah, the plan is to replace the Italians slowly with more jumbos for sure. I honestly didn't want Italians haha they were the only ones around when i was looking at craiglist. Myshire farm didn't have jumbos for a while... so we decide to pick up some quail from craiglist to proof out incubation process, brood setup and cage build :D

they are laying 13 eggs a day now, almost ever day now! i guess they were just a slow starter for laying eggs. i needed to be a bit more patient. haha

We have 11 females and we get 10 eggs a day most days, with some 9 or 11 egg days not being rare either. Our flock is a mix of year old birds and 8ish month old birds.
I haven't tracked it too closely, but i would guess at:
9 eggs 25%
10 eggs 55%
11 eggs 20%
