How many eggs do cochins lay a week?

I get about 3 or 4/week from each of my standard Partridge girls, who just started laying a couple of months ago.

Most folks will tell you cochins don't lay more than one or two a week though. Maybe I am just lucky?

they are supposed to lay only 2 a week. my banty cochin laid 7 a week before she went into molt.
