How many females for each male

If i want to breed quails how many female coturnix quail should I order and how many Male quail ?

For breeding, most people say you should keep one male with five females. You would need several groups of them (in separate enclosures) to avoid inbreeding. Also, make sure they're all unrelated.

It really depends on the quail. For Japanese quails I would recommend having lots because otherwise they could be overbred and plucked quite a lot. However, this is not the case with all quails because my friends have pairs that actually work really well together. I still recommend 1 male with at least 2, 3, 4 + females. Just as long as everyone is happy.
