I'm looking forward to starting a hatch in the next few weeks and it got me to wondering how many hatches per year you "pros" do and how many eggs you set each time. I'm considering doing hatches every four weeks (hopefully going to be a SAHM [or at least a part time SAHM] starting this summer and I thought it would be fun to do year-round hatches) and I wanted to see what you all do.
