The coop is actually a prefab coop that is inside a 10 X 10 dog kennel that has been predator proofed (it is all chain link with a roof and several tarps on top of that, so good ventilation). The new structure will be 10 X 10 X 10 X 10 and will be added on to it. All they do is roost on the coops roof and lay eggs in the nest boxes, that's about it. I will be adding more nest boxes to the new structure which will be a modified carport cover.
