Mainly asking because I am tempted to start making pieces to sell. I wanna know what interests people so I would love to see what you have purchased in the past! Maybe any reasoning behind it if there is any?

Yes absolutly! My kitchen is all chicken theme. I have antique egg scale, pictures and am always looking for more anything chicken
Me, I'm one of those people with chicken stuff all over their house 
I have pictures in my dining room, statues in my living room and kitchen. Several chicken cutting boards. Various knick knacks that hang on the wall. One of my favorites is a glass rooster made from hand blown sea glass my grandmother got for me when she took a cruise to Nova Scotia.
I'll try to take some pictures of some of my "hoard" tomorrow and share
