Cool! What is having an axolotl as a pet like? My son is begging for an axolotl. But he is young and I worry he thinks it will be a companion type pet instead of one to care for and admire. I know very little about them myself.

2 dogs (Mocha and Toby) 2 cats (Milo and Petey) a bearded dragon (Leo) and four pekin ducks (Fred, Daphne, Velma and Shaggy)

I used to keep dumbo eared rats, but it’s been a couple years. I definitely want more in the future, but for now, I’ve got my hands full with the ducks haha

He originally started out as Veronica because we thought it was a girl but later found out for sure so he became Vern. He is approximately 16 to 18 years old! We have had him for 14 years. So he will have to be put in the will because he will out live me and my husband!

I have 2 dogs and 30 chickens, with a duckling on the way - so probably end the month with 3 ducks, once we get him some friends.
