how many roos?

i am starting a 4 different breeds in seperate runs and seperate indoor spaces...

i will have 17 light sussex hens...how many roos? is my question

7 polish hens..how many roos

7 cochins

7 brahmas...

the question goes for all breeds

2 for the sus 1 each for the rest,I have 23 rock hens and 3 roos

Why do you need the roos? Do you need fertile eggs? If not, zero roos would be my answer to your question.

yep i will be breeding ...therefore need the roos

One roo for each breed and you will have to keep all the breeds separate. (A lot of extra work).
