I have a mixed flock of 3 full grown hens, 5 Baby chicks which I am raising separate until they are full size. Then I had one Roo. Recently went to auction thought I had I hen and one roo but now I think they might both be Roosters. So far the fighting has been minimum no major injurys just minor introduction squabbles. So as of right now I have 3 ladies and 3 Roosters until the babies grow up. Is this a bad idea. Also my Roosters are a sultan, naked neck frizzle, and bantam cochin frizzle. All very small birds that really rather docile for being roosters and they are not all full grown they seem young. My sultan just started crowing a month ago and hasn't tried mounting anyone yet. Should I wait till my babies grow and then see how the Roo situation does or just choose one to sell?II do love them all they are adorable.
