How much Brewers Yeast for 4 week old Khaki Campbell ducklings??

I finally got my brewers yeast with garlic flavoring (Thomas Lab brand) and wanting to start feeding it to my 3 Khaki Campbells and 4 week old chicks and on the container it just says 1/2 a scoop. Scoop is small, about a tsp in size. Is that about right to start feeding them that amount or should it be alittle less. Also, newbie question Do I just sprinkle it into their feed crumbles. I have already been sprinkling grit into their feed. Pictures are from yesterday. Also curious as to when the ducklings start getting their feathers?? Chicks are Anacona and Black Silver Wyandottes

I use about one teaspoon for one cup of feed approximately. For fully feathered I'd say 8 weeks give or take.

One to Two Tablespoons of yeast per cup of feed, but since it has added garlic you may go only one tabl per cup.
