How much Denagard?

Hello I have some chickens with signs of respiratory. Someone suggested Denagard. How much per gallon of water for 6 birds? And saw on other site to add some sugar to water due to bitter taste? If so how much?

Here's dosing for the Denagard. As for how much sweetener, I suppose your birds will be the judge of that, if they refuse to drink it, then likely you haven't added enough, there's no set amount of sweetener.
