How much did your Playhouse Chicken Coop cost?

I love power tools too. I ususlly get my DH something for Xmas and then I can use it too. My sister's husband usually buys her power tools at Xmas. It's great.

I asked the salesman about a permit. He told me that we should get one but that most people don't. If the property appraisers office should come by on an inspection we could then go and get one. We did have a property appraiser come by a couple of months ago on a random inspection. We built our other coop and he asked my husband what that building was because it wasn't on the property records. My DH told him it was a chicken coop and that he didn't think he needed a permit for it. The agent didn't say another word about it and left and we haven't heard a thing about it.
