How much do I charge for my eggs in an urban area

I live in an urban area and keep quail in my patio. I am wondering how much to charge for fresh urban quail eggs.

Whatever the market bears. My brother gets $5 in the Durham NC area. Here in Minnesota I get $2.50... It all depends on location.
