How much do Polish Tolbunt Chickens Go for? anything I need to or should know?

I am looking for a polish chicken and someone locally said they have Tolbunts and they are 40 dollars for a straight run, not sure if thats a good deal. I also am new to this do I need to do something to make sure they are really what they say they are? Anything I should know about this breed or buying rare chicken breeds?

My husband's uncle has pure tolbunt polish that he is selling straight run for $15. I'm not sure what the standard pricing is, but I wanted to tell you what he sells his for.
