how much do you charge?

not sure where to post this, but how much would you charge for a buff orpington that is not laying yet but will be laying within the next couple of weeks if not sooner? Perfectly healthy, but timid.

just trying to figure out the right price to sell, dont want to rip anyone off but also dont want to not get rewarded for the hard work of raising her!

Probably $15-20 in your area of the country. It would be $8-12 here, but not a fair comparison. I'm in the sticks where everybody has their own chickens

If she is at the POL and she looks well, she is worth $8.00 tops, but she is always worth what some sucker is willing to pay. My advice is to start High like say $15.00 and if need be go down, that way you don't leave any money on the table.
