How Much Feed?

Not sure how much we should be feeding 12 week to adult chickens. We always seem to have too much left over on the ground. Can anybody guesstimate how much feed per bird? Many thanks!

Ours get feed all day long. We found that we had to switch from crumble to pellet and also hang their feeders to where they could just reach them. By doing this we cut our feed bill almost in half and no longer have all the waisted feed.
