how much food a day

I have some pearl white leghorns and rhode island reds...
they are about 15 weeks old.
How much food do you think I should give them a day?
or should I just have a feeder that has an endless supply of food for them?

Endless supply. Fill when needed. Make sure it's layer pellets when they're laying! Also supply free choice oyster shell.
