How much for Jumbo Guineas?

I have a chance to get some 17 week old Jumbo guineas. The friend who got them, got them for free, and was just going to butcher them, but might give me some for breeding. How much should I pay him for them? Same price for male & female?

Anyone have any ideas? I don't want to offend the people I'm buying them from, but I also don't want to pay way more than I should.

I see one hatchery sell the Jumbo for : Jumbo 12eggs for $38.00 30 keets for $123.00 plus shipping straight run. Don't know if that helps give you an idea, but have you asked what they would want?

Yes, that helps, thank you. I've asked what they want for them and they say "Make me an offer", so you see I just don't know what they expect. I think I will offer $5 each initially and see how they take that.
