How much humidity is too much humidity? (during lockdown)

I went into lockdown a little over an hour ago and well my humidity has been giving me troubles. It's sitting at 80% or so right now but it seems to go up 1% every 20 minutes or so. I guess I'd just like to know what level of humidity do I begin to risk chicks drowning. Thank you.

You want it between 65 and 70% because when they pip, it will automatically go up higher. Open a vent and let some out.

Ok maybe this is a silly question but my humidity got up to 83%. I released the plug and it's bouncing between 81 and 82%. If I keep this off will it continue to fall or is there a point where it won't drop anymore? The plug has been out for probably 40 minutes so far.
