How much is this coop worth?

Hey, I got this coop for super cheap from a neighbor who was moving out of the area, I no longer have any need for it. How much do you guys think it’s really worth? I want to resell. The coop itself is a little old, but the cosmetic damages can be easily fixed. The door is a solar powered Coop Control door, and I also want to sell the big black Run that it’s inside of. The run is just a pipe frame with chicken wire zip tied around it. I’ve included pictures of my own, along with a picture of a similar coop I found on the internet. Any help is much appreciated!

Check your local craigslist listing for coops, that what I would go by.

You might make more by selling the coop, the automatic door, and the run separately.

I agree. The Automatic door probably has the best resale value - and you can sell/ship it most anywhere. The run may have the widest appealbut would likely only sell locally.
