I would spray entire coop, all crevices, walls, roosts, and replace bedding litter mulch.
For dilution, I use 10% permethrin and 6.4 ounces to a gallon.
That breaks down to roughly 1.6 (I round up to 1 3/4 ounces) a quart.
Since you are spraying everything, make,a gallon in a 2 gallon plastic bucket. Treat ALL the birds, spray under wings, behind neck and around vent OR dip each bird in the bucket and turn loose. I free range and do that then pour bucket into sprayer and treat coop while chickens dry. Coop dry chickens dry everyone goes to bed.
I also have the permethrin dust I use regularly in nest boxes.
Just my 2 cents worth. The instructions on bottle should have the dilution rates also, but it takes a rocket scientist to figure sometimes
