How much room to grow 25 fryers?

Hi, I am making plans to build a tractor for app. 25 chickens. I am planning to grow out a dual-purposed breed (like maybe Orpingtons, RIR, Barred Rock, etc.) so they will probably need to be in their pen for about 12-14 weeks. How big should their tractor be? Thanks!

10x10 for 25 birds. This allows 4 sq. ft. per bird for optimal health and performance.

dont forget the run space of about 10 sq ft each you can do less if they are free range all the time...you dont want them to pick each other or not get along
