How much should a 10 week old NHR weigh?

How much should my 10 week old New Hampshire Red cockerel weigh? What should his body feel/look like?

When I pick him up, he seems to be all feathers. I was looking him over yesterday and he has a very prominent Keel bone (not sure if that is the right word). I am just trying to find out what the range of normal is for a 10 week old. Should they have much meat on their breasts?

Is it a rooster? I only have girls and I am not sure how much they weighed but they feel very light and hollow. Some of them have a very sharp breast bone and others do not. After they start to get all their feathers they seem to be all feathers! I had a cornish x and he was HUGE not hollow feeling at all, but he is a meat bird and NHR are not. Is he not eatting right?
