Sorry for the late response.

This is a difficult question to answer because it depends on the gender, line, ect. In Europe there are Standard Silkies, in America the poorly bred individuals or hatchery quality silikies can be twice the size of a smaller, show quality individual. The roosters will be larger as well.

However, at 4 months they should be fairly large, not full-grown but going through a growth-spurt. They'll fill out during the next couple weeks. They should be full grown by 20 weeks of age.
