how much space?

I will be buildinng a new coop shortly. I would like to keep about 9 standard hens, and about 6 bantams. How much space do think I should make for them? I know you can really cram the birds in but I'd like them to be comfortable. they will have an attached yard and a very large fenced pasture.

The 9 full size, will need 36 sq ft, the banties, about 4...so, thats 40 sq ft...sooo 5 x 8 would work...I think. I am math challenged sometimes. Anyone else?
