Hello everyone!
I have bought egg cartons that’s fit 3 duck eggs because I only have 2 girls. I was going to just give them away but in this economy I should be able to charge something. How much would you charge for 3 duck eggs?

I know duck are expensive but jeez! People were really buying them for $20?!
That's market price. It's crazy ain't it. Pricing is due to them not being as available as chicken eggs, as most of the duck raised in the US is for meat rather then eggs.

Part of the reason is apparently they're harder to clean. They're not that hard to clean. Maybe if they were saturated in mud/poop maybe.

I think the problem is that people who do not have ducks see the extra bloom on duck eggs and think that it’s dirty. I watched my mom sit there trying to scrub the bloom off of a duck egg. When I asked her what she was doing she said “I’m trying to get this thick dirty layer off”. I had to explain that it wasn’t dirt, but thick bloom meant to protect the inside of the egg from bacteria and should be left on.

I have a designated poop cleaning brush 😂🤣. I haven’t had chicken eggs since they became $10 for a dozen. Betty and Lillian eggs are just fine

Could be a possibility.
