How much to feed some chicks

I have some that are always no mater how much feed I give them. They hatched Tuesday, June 5 there are 25 of them I give them cracked corn and starter/grower crumble how much do i give them of each.

I offer the starter/grower free choice meaning it's always there. The cracked corn you might wait till they are a little older and give as a treat. Not more than 10% of their diet.
