how much tylan to give baby chicks

we have a 2 week old chick that has been coughing for about 2 days now an i think 2morrow i will put it on tylan but dont know how much i should give it

There are two types of tylan. Water soluble and injectable. Only give the water soluble one. Do NOT inject this Tylan. It has propylene glycol which is a safer antifreeze. It will kill small animals. Do not give injectable in the water either. Just for the record, it is no miracle cure. I spoke to the makers of the product. I would never use it on any animals and I was shocked to find out it had propylene glycol in it. This chemical is never used as internal ingredient for humans.
