How much vit/electrolytes do I put in the water for a 1 week old chick

I have a chick with splayed legs and on the pkg of nutri it gives measurements for 55 - 110 gal! I only need 1 (one) quart. I can't seem to be able to measure it down. Any suggestions, please! Thanks, Jeanie
