Do the cinder blocks come with it?

None of my birds would fit into the opening, so I'd have to leave the door open, but I'd give $100-$150 for it.

I'm not so sure I would paint it. I actually like the "antique" or original look. I might sand and put a clear sealer on it to protect it from rain, etc. Alternatively, you could sell it on the basis of "will paint to suit buyer."
