How often do rouen drakes change their feathers?

My rouen drake seems to be changing some of his feathers out.. When I first got him (month ago) he looked like a hen then today I saw some grey and his head is a little more green than usual.
Does this mean I won't get eggs only one time a year?

The first year, they have 3 body molts and 1 wing molt. Following years, they have 2 body molts and 1 wing molt. Although a drake may be in alternate (nuptial) plumage, it doesn't mean he is fertile.
