How often do u clean your coop? Any tips or tricks how to not maintain

I guess I should mention also that my girls have a huge outdoor pen that they flock in during the day. They still have access to the coop, I just have never seen them go back in during the day. Ha ha!

i clean my 10x12 barn that houses my 22 chickens and 2 roosters about 2 times a year. thats total cleanout of all shavings and dusting the walls. my birds go outside all year i have a big fenced run area they use . winter time they spend more time inside because they wont go out in snow i put hay down sometimes when theres a lot of snow on the ground and they go out on that. i have a poop board under the roost wich makes it alot easier with cleaning. i also have vinyl flooring covering the whole coop floor so cleaning out the coop only takes about a hour. i keep about 4-6 inches of pine shavings on the floor in the winter. only bad part in the winter is when i have to scrape the frozen poop off the poop board into the bucket .

I clean out twice a year (deep litter). 5xdaily for three coops would kill me!!!!

Thanks . I think i need to look into how to do the deep litter. Darn pooping birds lol
