How often do you check for bumble foot?

Just wondering how often people check there chickens for bumble foot, and is there symptoms for bumble foot?

Once a month or if I notice they're limping

I rarely check their feet unless I see limping, swelling or redness.

I just did a minor surgery on a hen that was limping and I thought she had bumblefoot...now I am not so sure, her feet look just like the others and they aren't limping! Go figure! She is still limping a bit...so I don't know....just watch for limping...
