How often do you revamp your coop?

I've been thinking of doing another revamp of my coop. Today I went to drop off recycling to one of the big dumpsters and found 4 cleaned out cat litter containers. I only have six birds right now, but thinking it would be a good nesting box change. I only have two boxes for my six girls as is, one is open top basket and one is two open top baskets zip tied together.

This poor coop I fear will be a constant work in progress

I finished my coop last month. My 3 week old chicks are living in there now, so it really hasn't been used at all. Im all ready planning a laying box extension to create more floor space. So yeah, Im in the same boat as you.
