How often to clean feeders and waterers??

I rinse my wateres everyday but only scrub clean once a week. I don't clean the feeders tough, they're sealed and can't get contaminated.

I rinse and use my hand to wipe out while rinsing with water every day.

I have had my chickens for almost 3 months and have not used soap or bleach or anything like that yet...
